Investment risk

Investing can result in partial or total loss of capital. Shares, cryptoassets, derivatives and other market exposures can be volatile, illiquid or affected by leverage, regulation, operational failure and market gaps. Diversification and risk controls can reduce some risks but cannot eliminate loss.

Any forward-looking view is uncertain. Forecasts, scenarios and target prices are interpretations based on evidence and assumptions available at the time, not promises about future outcomes.

Social investing and copy trading

eToro operates the copy-trading service. If you choose to copy another investor, trading activity may be replicated automatically in your account. Your result may differ because of timing, pricing, deposits, withdrawals, account settings, liquidity and market conditions.

Copy trading involves a high level of risk. A trader’s strategy or risk profile can change, risk controls may not execute at the expected price, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Popular Investors may be compensated by eToro.

Historical, reconstructed and backtested results

Live results, historical reconstructions and backtests are different forms of evidence and should not be combined. Backtested or hypothetical results rely on assumptions, may benefit from hindsight and do not capture every limitation of real-world execution, fees, taxes, slippage, liquidity or behaviour.

Performance figures must be read with their stated source, measurement period and calculation method. They are not reliable indicators of future performance and are not return promises.

Third-party services, links and compensation

This site links to third-party services including eToro, BullAware and Substack. Those services control their own data, availability, terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of third-party content.

Filip receives eToro Popular Investor payments and referral commissions. These payments create a financial incentive to promote eToro and a potential conflict of interest. Consider this relationship when assessing content about eToro and the PROJECT 10X portfolio.

Privacy, data and cookies

PROJECT 10X uses information you provide to respond to enquiries and arrange and deliver educational sessions. This may include your name, email, payment reference and status, preparation answers, correspondence and booking details. The site does not offer public accounts or first-party analytics.

Stripe handles checkout and card details. Session administration uses Google Drive for private workbooks, Microsoft for email and meetings, Calendly for scheduling, and GoDaddy for the website and its booking records. Workbook answers stay in the shared document, not the website database. Each client receives access to their own workbook, not other client folders. Any agreed recording is handled separately.

These providers may process information outside Australia. The website is hosted in North America. Their services may also use technical logs and necessary cookies. Do not put passwords, wallet keys, identity documents or account credentials in your workbook, or send sensitive financial documents through ordinary email.

Article titles, public descriptions and dates are retrieved from Substack by the website server. Full articles remain on Substack. If you follow a link to Substack, eToro or another service, that service’s privacy practices apply.

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We will verify the request and respond. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes. This notice will be updated if our information handling changes.

Website terms, intellectual property and contact

Unless otherwise stated, PROJECT 10X owns or licenses the original site copy, frameworks, graphics and research. You may link to public pages and quote brief extracts with clear attribution, but may not reproduce or commercially redistribute substantial material without permission.

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, PROJECT 10X does not warrant uninterrupted access or that every item will remain current. These terms are governed by the laws applying in Western Australia, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
